About Moustafa Elhusseiny
I am a journalist, multimedia producer, and documentary filmmaker with more than 15 years of work across print, broadcast, and digital media. I develop and lead stories from the first question through research, editing, and publication, paying close attention to the people at their center.
In New York, I worked as a multimedia producer and correspondent for Al Jazeera Mubasher from 2013 to 2016, contributing to television and digital coverage. Earlier in Cairo, I presented television programs on Misr 25, worked in programming and editorial leadership at Al Tahrir TV, and reported for print publications. Those are former roles.
Since 2016, I have led New York Vision, LLC. The company offers media production and advertising work, including documentaries, educational videos, live event coverage, promotional films, commercials, and social media videos. My role spans story development, production workflows, schedules, budgets, and creative teams.
I also host an Arabic-language YouTube channel, Moustafa Elhusseiny – مصطفى الحسيني, about life in the United States. It is another part of my journalism: listening to people’s questions, finding human stories, and making difficult subjects easier to understand without losing their context.
